It's actually shown in one of the National Review articles linked above. The new stuff could be completely made up BS, like "Russian collusion". But the fact is that there were concerns about him which polling so far indicates is true - he's turned off independents and it is thought that he will lose to Cooper.

I agree. The problem is the same could be said about everything we say about stuff found about Dems that we put out as evidence. If anything can be manufactured, then we have nothing tangible to use as evidence anymore and just believe it because our side claims its all true.

I'm not a fan of trusting any news sites today. And unfortunately, its also not beyond politicians to have done salacious or even horrible things in the past. Its easier to just ignore them if we tell ourselves its made up.

Unless cnn made a huge mistake or someone hacked all of these sites, the story is true. If cnn is wrong, Robinson will soon be very rich. In other words, he won't be rich.

There does sound like a chance that the gop can select a replacement candidate if Robinson resigns and any vote for Robinson would transfer. There is one stipulation that the replacement cannot be someone who lost in the primary.

How do they know Trump would still endorse him? Did they meet with Trump, show him all the research, and Trump said he would still endorse Robinson? Not a chance that happened. Seriously, though, this is yet another example of how anything, no matter how improbable, will be taken as the truth by those wanting to use it to fuel their goals.
