Haven't seen this discussed here.

WSJ article about Transfer Energy's Kelce Warren sueing Greenpeace USA for their illegal actions trying to prevent oil pipelines. Per the article, Energy Transfer alleges Greenpeace incited activists, funded attacks to damage a pipeline, and spread misinformation about the company and the project.

The trial is set for February in a North Dakota State court. They are seeking $300M in damages That amount would wipe out Greenpeace USA.

Quote:

"We support the right of all Americans to lawfully protest and express their opinions" an Energy Transfer spokeswoman said. "However, when is not done in accordance with our laws, we have a legal system to deal with that."

Couldn't have said it better myself. Protest all you want, but don't break the law!

Exactly. Once you break the law, you go from protestor to criminal.

The far left is Hydra, but it will still be good to see one of the heads destroyed, if he perseveres.

Greenpeace should have stuck with saving whales by putting themselves between the Japanese whaling ships and the whales. And then natural selection would have done its work.

See, I agree with that Greenpeace mission. I wish they would stick to that as whale.

Greenpeace will transfer all assets to another charity run by the same people. Regroup and reform. They may lose, but will keep their money.
