My October (or late September) surprise is that Bidens are offered another chunk of cash for Joe to step down citing medical issues, thereby allowing Kamala to have an extremely short time as a 'leader' and incumbent.

Though I agree that the actual payoff occurs after Jan 21st. Joe's wearing of a Trump hat recently may mean more than it appears. He may be really pissed at the Obama/Harris cabal.

The money being held for Ukraine and other Dem boon dogles will be inserted into US stock market so Dems can say there is no economic hardship.

Seeing as how Ukraine is about to be given the green light to go even deeper into Russia (yeah, I just got the pun), I wouldn't be surprised if even more things were given and green-lit to Ukraine to do as much damage as they could before the election. I don't think they would make Putin give up or pull out of Ukraine, but if that last push (in case Trump wins and stops helping the Ukes) is shown to lead to Ukraine being victorious in their goals, it would be a feather in the Bifden administrations cap.

More like Ukraine getting use western advanced weapons (that they cannot use without western tech support) to strike targets deep inside Russia and escalating things there to a a very scary point.

The way this news cycle moves there will be multiple October surprises from both sides.
I'm sure the dems are saving something big to wait until the last moment though and put Trump on the defensive. They know they have to wait until close to the election because the public have the attention span of a gnat.

I believe our stock market has been supported the last several months for this very reason. And will continue to be propped up until after the election.
