German police have done a huge investigation with plenty of DNA/fingerprint/explosive evidence from the rented boat that they didn't clean Ukraine doesn't extradite and everybody knows to get back to Ukraine. The former head of military who kept the plan rolling after it was found out by CIA (who told them not to do it)

Disagree. Continuation of the war makes fodder of Ukrainians who would benefit most from a treaty.
