Columbia, Harvard, and MIT students have all filed suit against protest organizers who deliberately closed down campus activities such as going to class or commencement. These protests were in order to make anti-Semitic statements/support HAMAS.
The attached video is a Fox interview with the lawyer representing the Columbia students.
He says "Students for Justice in Palestine" was responsible for funneling money to the protests but that others named as defendants include faculty, faculty unions, and three "squad" members who trespassed onto Columbia in order to incite protestors to do illegal activities.
Incitement is not protected by the First Amendment.
The suit could be worth 10s of millions $ because it seeks to rep the whole student body.
