A trained chimp can pass the bar exam.
I'm assuming you're not a lawyer and therefore have no idea what you're talking about. The bar exam is a tough exam. I passed it the first time but I knew a few very intelligent people that didn't pass it the first time. Some had to take it a few times.

1. This was a troll job by OP and only a few picked up on it. I'd say those posters wouldn't pass the bar either.
2. There are many other things to focus on with this lizard, bar passage is immaterial.
I'm a lawyer. It was a joke if you are reasonably intelligent.
My law school class had around a 94% 1st time passage rate.
Socratic method? Required classes beyond just first year? I had two full years in required classes, firts year was mandatory, no scheduling options but that last year of the required classes could be split up between remaining two years. Almost every subject on the bar exam was a mandatory class to graduate. All grades in every class depended upon one final exam, lasting as long as the number of hours in class each week. Everday class? Five hour final. Three day a week class? Three hour final. Process and remember an entire semester in one long ass final exam. That was it.
Some might call that teaching to the test and they would be correct.
Further, all of our exams were by numbers assigned to us by the Dean's office only so the prof grading them did not know which student's exam they were grading.
My Dad died unexpectedly in the middle of finals during my second year. After traveling to attend his funeral and getting back, law school Dean informed me they had held many exams back from being graded because of my excused absence from them but it was unfair to the students who needed their exam grades posted in a timely manner for clerkships, etc.
Was gven the option of taking three remaining finals in two and half days staring the next day or opt to repeat the classes. Dad's dead. Not sure of financing law school going forward so I rolled the dice and took those exams kind of cold turkey in that time frame. (Five days after my Dad died.) Helluva two days but damn I passed all of them. GPA took a hit, though. A big hit.
