Trump has never fumbled words and certainly never lied. These are both guys well past their prime that have no business running the country. He gave a decent speech and he is a man that did what he felt was right for the country. I'm just not trying to argue because we are never gonna see eye to eye I'm just giving my opinion like you all are giving yours. I know most of y'all would rather be out there grabbing em' by the ***** or going to rallies Charlottesville lol. At the end of the day none of these men or women are without faults but I do feel like Biden stepping down in this election is good for the country. He is showing some self awareness here and I think he did what he felt was right by his constituents and his country while in office. Once again don't want to go back and forth on this just wanted to give my opinion like all you guys are giving yours. I wish you all the best honestly.

He gave a good speech. I know everyone on here hates the man and hates his politics but I think he honestly tried to make this country a better place as he saw it. No need to respond to my post because I'm not trying to argue with folks on a message board. Many people were making claims he was dead many made claims he was going to step down many love to chime conspiracy theories but I think the man gave a good speech.

100000% chance that she's gonna start getting read into all of the top secret stuff. Scary to think about. Honestly, it shouldn't be happening.
Truman didn't know about the Manhattan Project until AFTER Roosevelt died and he was sworn in as President.
Think about that.
What "Manhattan Project" level government project is going on right now that Kamala is about to learn about, with the good chance that she won't be president?

He came across like an elderly dementia patient because he is. There was nothing presidential about this. And yes, you have a right to your opinion, but you probably should trust your ears and eyes a little more.CreekBottom said:
Because what he did for the country isn't in line with your personal political beliefs doesn't mean what he did was with malice or ill will. Once again I know he is not your party's candidate and what he fought for isn't in line with your personal beliefs but he did what he felt was right for his constituents that elected him and that was his job. He would have done more a disservice to democracy to be elected into office and then switch his political ambitions to those that aligned with a party that didn't elect him. Look I know no one on here likes the man or the party but I think what he did giving this speech was commendable. I mean people were on here saying he was dead or that he was going to give the office to the VP tonight and neither were true. Nobody is saying **** to those folks the majority were laughing about it. I think the man gave a good speech trying to unify the country and talking about what a great nation we live in and folks are going in on me. lol I knew y'all would but I also have the right to give my opinion on here the same way you do. You don't have to like it or respect it but I pay my monthly dues just like y'all do and I think the man came across very presidential this evening.

If she isn't now, once she is the official Democrat nominee, she is given access to the daily briefing as we have done for a long time for the nominees for both major parties leading up to the election.
I just wanted to to say what a beautiful, wonderful, amazing chart that is. It should get a Congressional Medal of Honor.Foreverconservative said:Wabs said:

the problem is he gave this speech with the American people knowing damn well that he doesn't want to give up the Presidency. We're looking at a man that has spent 50 plus years in government, reached the pinnacle of American politics, and makes a 180 turn in less than 24 hours to not seek re-election. This is a party that works in the shadows. This is a party that will put a presidential nominee on the ballot that NO ONE in the party voted for. This is the opposite of democracy. And the American Public should be absolutely terrified right now that this party has political power.CreekBottom said:

You also have the right to be delusionally wrong and you are dead ass wrong. He did nothing in that speech that you are claiming. It was hateful, demagogue, politically leftist speak. It was a dog whistle and you came running.CreekBottom said:

Biden won't be alive at the end of these four years. I don't think he'll even be here by next year. He certainly won't be able to talk coherently.
Everyone knows this is because of his health - every one knows.
