I'd suggest just starting a new thread for factual information. Flagging the talk about multiple shooter theories dreamed up by randos on X doesn't seem to be making much difference. Just because it is posted on X doesn't make it "factual".

I can't imagine the guy voluntarily leaving his post while Trump at the podium.

I also can't imagine a commander ordering a sniper off their post for any reason, and especially while Trump is at the podium.

A guy being off post or ordered off post for 5-minutes while Trump is at the podium is inconceivable. It's incredulous to think thats what actually happened. So thats got to be some bad information. Maybe the timeline is inaccurate or someone fed the Senator some bad info. There's got to be some other explanation for this or we looking at bad info here.

I think this going to go down as the craziest event in this century so far, and we will never get answers just like the Vegas shooting. They will just blame it on incompetency, poor planning, etc when it seems like statistically it would be impossible for so many things to go wrong for this to happen without it being intentional.

I am pretty much 100% convinced this never happens for Obama. AT BEST, they intentionally slacked/mailed it in bc it's Trump, but didn't necessarily think there would be an assassination attempt. That's best case scenario to me.

And! This is why I dont partake on these kinds of threads. Problem is , if we had a gov and media we could trust to do an impartial, unbiased, fact based investigation threads like this would not exist. Personally I think most of it is silly.

But man Im glad it does exist. Because I dont trust this gov or the media as far as I can throw it. Trust is a wonderful thing and we ain't got it.

True….but do you think there's a tiny but greater than 0% chance he could have had some help or that some security holes/vulnerabilities could have been intentional? Because, if you think there's at least SOME small chance any part of this was intentional, you're a "conspiracy theorist" to a lot of people. I personally think only a fool would think it was impossible.

I was talking more about the second shooter in the trees or building behind him (THOSE WINDOWS DON'T OPEN!!!) and third shooters (beyond the return fire from the SS) and the zip line from the water tower conspiracy types. Also, the continued "locals saw him on the roof, told the nearby police and the police did nothing" crowd. People keep posting the same false narratives over and over, and getting corrected but then they get posted again.

I would not surprise me in the least bit if there was some willful disregard for Crooks walking around and sub-standard staffing of the security detail in the hopes something like this might happen. But then still have some plausible deniability such that no one gets jail time or any consequences for the failure (IE: We followed protocol set down by our superiors). Or even he was getting some indoctrination online or help outside of doing this by himself.

If timeline is accurate Sniper #1 abandons his post at 6:06 and is absent from his post until 6:12.

Trump had been at the podium speaking for ~4-mins before Sniper #1 allegedly leaves his post for the next 6-minutes. During which time Trump gets shot by a guy on the adjacent rooftop.

It would not make any sense for a sniper team to be inside the building with windows that don't even open. They can't effectively monitor the area through a couple of windows, giving them a limited angle of view.

It would make more sense that they had police in that building and when everyone was pointing out the suspicious dork, they left the building to look for him.
