How much money did this 20-year old kid have? My son is 20 and working this summer and he doesn't have that kind of cash. We're relatively well off and I know what money my wife and I give our son. How could he afford all this gear including an out-of-state van?Bighunter43 said:
I thought he had a car at the rally….not a van. I thought the van was back at his home…you know, the one they towed away with the "Arizona" plates. I'm still wondering how a guy who's lived in Pennsylvania his whole life has a van with Arizona plates. (Maybe he had recently purchased it used, and hadn't had time to change the plates yet?)….still very strange to me.

I saw an interview with Eric Trump yesterday where he said that one of the female agents (not sure which one he was referring to) has done an amazing job providing support to Trump and his family over the years and is a very close friend of his now and asked people to stop making comments online about her.
Only for the ones that are equity targets though. The men still have to perform well enough physically that they would be in shape.techno-ag said:rolo said:

DEI requires standards to be lowered for equity.
This x 1000. The two topics are not separable.Ulysses90 said:DEI isn't a distraction, it is the mechanism by which the selection of competent people for hiring and promotion is supplanted by a hiring and promotion criteria based on gender, race, and sexual preference. He wasn't' quite set up where they told him. That's why the fbi is washing off the marks they gave him on the roof.nortex97 said:
I've read that if he had been 3 feet further to the right (in that picture) he would have had full concealment from both counter sniper teams. Probably coulda gotten off at least a dozen more shots.

Ok…..I'm trying to put this together…so lots of news reports about the shooter's "car" parked near the rally and was found with explosive devices in it. However…it seems the "car" was actually a van? It was towed away on the night of the assassination…I had it misconstrued because a "car" doesn't necessarily equal a "van!" Plus Fox said "neighbor" filmed van being towed away and i assumed "neighbor" (please don't post Arnold S State Farm memes at me) meant across the street from shooter's home. Anyway….IF the van isn't a car and was towed away from near the rally…still doesn't answer why the Arizona plates? Yes I guess he either rented it (although it's in pretty bad shape with paint peeling off) or perhaps he purchased it and hadn't changed the plates…but I'd like to know more about the van.

As was mentioned earlier in this thread, could be a rental or a used vehicle that they just got.
It would suck for someone if they were just visiting the parents and got their vehicle towed for simply being there.
Still doesn't say who owned it, just what happened when it was investigated and removed.Bighunter43 said:Rapier108 said:Parents most likely.MsDoubleD81 said:

WPXI said sources said Crooks was still on the ground when Trump began speaking.
Kinght said there was then "a radio transmission indicating that there was a suspicious individual on the rooftop, [and it] was my understanding [that] was our officers' first notification to begin moving towards that building.
"Two of the officers went to what appeared to be the lowest point from ground to roof. One of the officers actually boosted the second officer up high enough for him to grab hold of the roof. He did in fact see an individual on the roof with a weapon."
Crooks pointed his rifle at the officer, Knight said, as the officer hung on to the roof with both hands, unable to reach his radio or his own weapon.
The officer "lost his own grip and fell approximately eight feet to the ground".
Shortly after that, Crooks opened fire.
