They're saying he had plans to remotely detonate explosives in his car. Maybe he had a plan for egress.

Drove his car, walked home (or to wherever the van was) then drove the van to the venue as well.

Home was 50 miles away in Bethel Park, PA

All the pics show the shooter near the edge of the building facing to the right (in the pics) towards Trump.

Why does this pic have the shooter WAY over on the other side of the building? If those pics/videos are correct, wouldn't he have to be over on the far left of that building?

Because I'm trying to understand how the geometry works for a person 6 ft tall filming a building that's 15 ft tall and seeing something on the roof that's 120 ft across the roof.

Look at the swale between the photographer and the building in this pic. You stand on that scale and shoot towards the building with a phone held over your head you can get the view of the shooter's position from the earlier photo.

I thought he had a car at the rally….not a van. I thought the van was back at his home…you know, the one they towed away with the "Arizona" plates. I'm still wondering how a guy who's lived in Pennsylvania his whole life has a van with Arizona plates. (Maybe he had recently purchased it used, and hadn't had time to change the plates yet?)….still very strange to me.

If you watch the video of him moving on the roof from the ground you can see he's kind of crawling laterally on the roof. I think if he was too far left he was blocked and in able to make the shot as well. One of the videos 3R generating the scene gave a perspective from his angle and you could barely see trumps silhouette.

Also an early report mentioned a tree blocked the shooter from the main CS team and that's why they were in scope so long.

Maybe he did that, but then forgot about replacing the rounds he shot with there until the day of.

I've read that if he had been 3 feet further to the right (in that picture) he would have had full concealment from both counter sniper teams. Probably coulda gotten off at least a dozen more shots.

With this type of information, one can only be lead to believe that this shooter had assistance in some/many ways.

This is the video I mentioned. When it pans from behind the shooter you can see it's a very narrow window not sure if the shooter had a shot if he's screened from both snipers….which I choose to believe is by design
