Recruiting events and activities. Full time jobs for people to coordinate "racial sensitivity" and "LGBT awareness" training. Also, paying content providers and speakers to facilitate DEI training. These people make a ton of money going around speaking at big corporations. Execs wash away their white guilt by flushing shareholder money down the toilet, and score PC points by virtue signaling to their Blackrock appointed BOD.

WRT to how funding is expended on DEI, it is partially with the creation of manpower structure for DEI roles in the government agency (the commissars that observe and correct the productive employees) and the majority of it is spent on contractors who are brought in as consultant and trainers to change the corporate culture of the organization i.e. non-stop seminars for indoctrination and awareness days, weeks, and months for various minority classes. You can burn through a TON of funding on DEI and culture training which is returned in kind to the senior political leadership through campaign and PAC donations to the people who write policies on DEI and draft budget requests.

I don't know if its her but 100% there is an ND to the right of the stage when facing it. I believe its the last shot, multiple neck jerks in that direction from main bleacher behind Trump when the gun goes off. I cant recall her position exactly but very possibly.
