3D printed gun doesn't mean no metal… usually just means 3D printed receiver. Barrel and other components are still metallic

That line along his cheek…. Blood smear or creased by the bullet? It seems to be the right "line." But it doesn't look deep enough.

I just zoomed in and I do think the bullet creased his cheek. Look at that darker line in the very middle. Also where the line abruptly ends with a stream of blood at a "right angle"
