The general public is not aware. People posting to the contrary are completely misinformed, ignorant, or don't care about groundwater, particularly.

The vaccine poster comes to mind.

My response is referring to the contents of the smoke and whether or not it is carbon neutral. Of which, at the end of the day, I have little concern.
