I'm all about "Good for the goose, good for the gander" tactics. But the jury is still out on whether this is actually good for goose here.

If the backlash is real and it manifests in a Trump victory, I don't think playing the same game is the right way to go.

The judge wouldn't allow the expert to answer most questions. Do you realize that? There was an expert on election finance law that's was to talk about why Trump wasn't charged for the federal crime. Why couldn't he testify? Did you see the reason judge said?
