There will likely be another war before any of the European countries go under any form of "sharia law". I think we're already starting to see the first bubbles rising to the top over that. Tensions are rising.

ETA: the Muslims won't win that war. Sorry, but they just won't.

However, my post made me think of something else. "Sharia law" is already here in the U.S. by the way. Don't believe me? Just Google "sharia compliant instruments" and you'll learn about an entire industry of crafting contracts to comply with sharia law.

I was in The Grand Place of central Brussels in 1989 or 1990. Vibrant. Safe. Fun. Very European.
