Thank God everyone is getting water! Apparently, these protestors/demonstrators need to be treated like they're in daycare.

Saw a young gal interviewed on Fox (I think at Columbia or NYU) who was saying 10/7/23 denial is rampant with these kids.
They're just getting brainwashed.

Give it a few days. The organizers will show up and they won't like the " peacefulness". That does not make national news.

Exactly. I don't care how peaceful they were, did 6-8 idiots have a choice? Bottom line is any student supporting Hamas is 1 too many and they should hit the ground from 1,000 feet

They may be idiots, but at least they're peaceful idiots. Our student body can at least agree to disagree without the need to break into buildings and assault people, and for that we should be proud.

They’re not interfering with anything else happening on campus, they’re educating each other on the conflict, they’re making sure everyone has water, and not breaking any rules. pic.twitter.com/rtT0VYn0sR
unbelievable. Our great campus.
There have always been idiots even at A&M.ABATTBQ11 said:

Just look at some of the posters with agtags.
Marxist nazi? Are we just making stuff up now because we don't like something?IndividualFreedom said:
Mask = part of the marxist nazi uniform. That and the umbrella
The fact that they are supporting terrorists. How much elaboration do you need to understand that is offensive. I could care less that they are doing it in a calm manner.Fatboy Thaddeus said:
OP: I'm sorry, I don't understand what you find so offensive about the situation. Could you please elaborate?
That they're supporting terrorists I'm guessing is the most offensive part.Fatboy Thaddeus said:

How about supporting an organization that still has American citizens held hostage after the October 7th terrorist attacks?Fatboy Thaddeus said:

Why do they all wear masks?
Would you say the same thing if they were holding a KKK "protest" or actual neo nazi protest? That we should be proud of the KKK supporter students for doing it peacefully?DevilD77 said:
Hundreds of Aggies have died for their right to do exactly what they are doing, peacefully protesting. Even if we disagree with there message, they have the right to be heard. We should be proud of them for not embarrassing us like the protesters at tu have embarrassed their school.
Generally I agree.DevilD77 said:

This is what I don't get about the universities having these riots (note - NOT peaceful protests like this one is at the moment).
Round everyone up.
Expell all students involved.
Non students get doxxed and charged with inciting a riot.
Non student funding gets investigated and those responsible also get hit with inciting riots.
OK thank you for the clarification.stallion6 said:The fact that they are supporting terrorists. How much elaboration do you need to understand that is offensive. I could care less that they are doing it in a calm manner.Fatboy Thaddeus said:

) and therefore their whole point, being nothing but grasping for emotional resonance, is tantamount to a young small child's whining. It's the liberal hijab. And we've always had leftists on campus. I remember Aggies Against Bonfire. Climate change alarmists before it was cool. What a strange bowl of fruit they were.golfinag94 said:

Wow I had forgotten about them totally until you said that. I'd love to see some of their 90s literature, particularly between '94 and '99. I'm curious how they structured their appeals, and if student safety was even on their radar. I'm guessing it barely made their top 10 talking points.AgNav93 said:
