After all, that's who he's really running against, and the Trump campaign needs to hammer that point every chance they get. I just don't believe Biden will make it through a second term, and there's no way in hell that he will debate Trump.

I get the logic, but kind of beneath him to go for the VP. Although his remarks about her would be epic.
When people ask Trump about debating Biden he should put it out there that Biden won't debate him because Biden isn't mentally competent.

No, Trump needs to hide out at MAL while the Dems keep up the circular firing squad. Every day that passes things get harder for them to change and if they do change it's harder NOT to go with Kamala. Unless Trump decides to change the narrative.
The Dems did their job of propping up Biden too well and he is harder to remove than they realized. The normies out there either A) Knew he was a vegetable and didn't care or B) Didn't pay attention to the debate and are barely noticing. It's proving harder than they thought to turn around the ship.
If Trump does anything he should focus on talking about issues and the economy. If asked about Biden or Harris the only comment he should have is maybe saying both are a joke with some quip about them and move on. Or he can talk about how the Dems can't decide it they are going to finally admit Biden is senile. Mainly just focus on showing people that don't like him that he would be acceptable as President. That's all he has to do.
