Even when our guy IS sitting in the oval office, there are plenty on "our side of the aisle" undermining the hell out of him because they are neck deep in pay to play corruption. You don't see that sort of separation on the left. The left is in lockstep with their communist agenda. Let's face it, Washington DC is a cancer. I wouldn't care if Putin turned DC into a glass parking lot. That area of the US is pure evil.

To answer the OP, they won't much care, except to make him a martyr to the cause of Progressivism. Biden is just a foot soldier to the actual rulers; he is expendable collateral damage. Having conservatives use lawfare against its pawns is regrettable, but just a cost of doing business in ratcheting our nation towards socialist elitist tyranny.

Lawfare is just another means of creating division, upending traditional morality, and weakening the strongest and most moral nation in history. They have no deep affection for Biden, and once his usefulness is over, so is his protection.
