I find freebirds superior in taste and price currently. But both are great for keto or whole 30 options when you are on the go.
Cabo Bobs is better than both, especially Chipotle, that's the McDonalds of burrito places.
This place is so good, but the burrito puts me on my ass for a bit.

i never get this at all

Chipotle is just as expensive as anywhere else- and it's a bunch of rice with a tortilla

Publix chicken tender sub is MASSIVE and less expensive and tastes better

I just had half of one yesterday in Myrtle Beach!

something no one discusses is that the 8 million illegals like central american food- chipotle cashes in.

Yeah…but you will die eating that every day.

I hate to be the one to tell you; you are going to die anyway. Ain't none of us getting out alive.

It's not the .01% of the client base that are body builders that keep it going.

Chipotle is the ONLY fast casual food worth eating. It's healthy and taste great. It's more expensive than fast food but I'm not eating that trash and wasn't comparing it to that.

LOl to claim that Chipotle is "healthy"

I looked it up and their standard burrito, white rice, pork, guac, sour cream, cheese etc with their chips = 1,900 calories

The people that eat "healthy" there don't order that. They order a bowl, without rice or the tortilla, no sour cream and likely little to no cheese. They also don't order chips. Even with extra meat, its in the mid-3 figures on calories.

The last time I was at Chipotle, I got a double steak burrito, black beans, fajita vegis, salsa and maybe lettuce (I don't remember). Even with the tortilla, it was more calories than above but not by a lot. Nowhere near what you allege. I've gotten the same order in a bowl many times.

i still would like to see this notion of "restaurants struggling" broken down by markets.

Where I live everything is packed. I know they have inflation and wage issues. But they are packed.

And prices are through the roof.

Is just red vs blue state economies? I really don't know.

Food business margins are typically stupid small, like 3% or less. Add that to the fact that it takes the average non-chain restaurant 3+ years just to break even (when they're doing well), and you have a recipe for disaster when things get weird. It's the reason the industry has an enormous fail rate.

If you live long enough, your odds of survival eventually drop to zero.

Remember when Subway was the hot place for healthy people to eat? That was when Jared Fogle fronted for them. Then everything crashed. I haven't been to a Subway in 10 years.

I could go for a Spicy Italian w/ Chipotle SW sauce right about now.

My best friend is an Italian. Not sure if he has Chipotle sauce, though.
