I ran a 25.5 sec 200m back in the day. Should've know just to go to the women's event and win everything.

I put a little thought in to this once for high school and college sports. Here is how I think it would shake out.

Note, when I sale "male" I mean biological male, "female' biological female.

Football - 100% male
Basketball - 99% male, 1% female
Baseball - 100% male
Softball - 95% male, 5% female (until men get the underhand technique down then it goes to 100%)
Track and Field - 100% male
Soccer - 100% male
Cross Country - 100% male
Wrestling - 100% male
Hockey - 100% male
Volleyball - 99% male, 1% female
Gymnastics - 60% male, 40% female (women will still dominate floor and balance beam)
Swimming - 100% male

If nothing else, it will make things more efficient and lower athletic dept costs.
