Correct, govt mandated. If you watch the video the Miller cattle co guy goes on to claim it'll lead to property seizures under the guise of climate control no different than what's happening in Europe.

... did you miss the point of the OP?

Lab grown meat is not in high demand, in order to make it more in demand, the other animal based food products must be made "unclean" whether literally or via propaganda.
