Doubtful. They'll leave her alone for now and target regular citizens who are not high profile in order to avoid blowback from initial enforcement. After a few years, the law and its enforcement will be normalized at least among the population of Scotland. Then they might go after her.

I can. The Hanoverians deported most of their badass element in the 18th Century.

Centuries later, after the SNP took over the country, they were seriously looking at introducing a right to return for the descendants of deported Scots.

The SNP backed off when they attended Highland Games and events to sound out the diaspora.

It is impossible to accurately describe or tackle the reality of violence and sexual violence committed against women and girls, or address the current assault on women's and girls' rights, unless we are allowed to call a man a man. Freedom of speech and belief are at an end in Scotland if the accurate description of biological sex is deemed criminal.

I'm currently out of the country, but if what I've written here qualifies as an offence under the terms of the new act, I look forward to being arrested when I return to the birthplace of the Scottish Enlightenment.

I've been in Scotland a few times and I've never run across these crazy lunatics. Everyone I dealt with there were very kind, nice people.

It's a stunningly beautiful country. I mean it has its own cities with all their crap just like others, but most of the country is gorgeous.
