You're making a lot of charitable assumptions about why she says what she says, and i can make uncharitable assumptions about it, but we both can watch what she says, what effect it has and her continued actions of doing it and discern the intent of why she says what she says. I agree that doing evil in the name of God is carrying the name of God in vain.

People are not saying that though. They are saying you can't say Christ is King as a weapon, or a way to fight spiritual warfare to expose those who don't agree with the statement.
