The gap in experience between 99.9% total and 100% total is huge. They are two completely different things. "Almost total" is a curiosity. Total is a a completely different animal.

Weird, most of the weather people in Dallas have been saying expect clouds and that we might miss the eclipse. That graphic would be a nice surprise.
