I don't know if that really is the DR coast, but I have actually scene that scenario on the coast of India with my own eyes. It's very tragic and an environmental disaster. Third world peoples have zero sense, or care, as to what they are doing to their local environment, and the knock on effects as some floats away.rocky the dog said:
