O Leary knows just like anyone with a lick of intellectual honesty that this case was purely "because Trump". You had an AG that ran on getting him, they found some obscure law they could twist to prosecute him, knew it would be a civil trial in an utterly biased court, had no damages or no aggrieved party, the bank testified on behalf of Trump, and then the AG has taken to Twitter to rub Trump's nose in the damages awarded the state and his property can be seized if he can't front the bond.
