I've never met the dude, so can't say if I like him or not. Funny thing though - almost everybody that has met him and has had the opportunity to get to know him some say good things about him. 99.9% of the "I don't like him!" is a result of being told they shouldn't like him, not because they have actually put any thought or learned anything - it's purely a function of the 24/7 cycle of hearing how awful he supposedly is and the lack of a backbone to not worry about what the wine drinking club thinks.
