The official Biden campaign page, CNBC, Politico, Mediaite, Keith Olbermann, and others took Trump out of context to suggest he was making violent threats if he lost the election.

It's a shame there is no other way Trump could have expressed his opinion without using the politically-charged word "Bloodbath" as a result of him losing an election (particularly in light of the events that occurred the last time he lost an election).

Or, perhaps, the phrasing was carefully chosen so he could literally say that there would be a bloodbath if he wasn't elected and so that it could be taken as a sound-bite to be re-broadcast on all the news outlets all weekend. Particularly the Sunday morning shows.

Personally, I believe Trump said exactly what he meant to say and it got the the exact reaction he was hoping for.
