Good that the VA rescinded this order. The guy most often identified as the male in the photo apparently died back in 2019, otherwise New York State could probably still start working on legislation specifically allowing this one individual to be prosecuted for sexual assault eighty years after the fact. I'm am Army veteran. If I wake up tomorrow with a 102 degree fever, and someone miraculously answers the phone at the Cedar Park VA Clinic, then in 60 to 90 days when I can come in for an appointment, that photos not going to be on the wall in the lobby?
What if I take the alternate next available appointment on two weeks 140 miles away at the clinic in Abilene? Will the photo nog be there, either?
