Ok who is that?
Rumor is he spent a lot of money buying lifts to put in your guy's shoes. Not to mention the high dollar shoes he just put on the market have built in 3 inch lifts which should get your guy up around 5'9" or so. All that stuff costs money.LMCane said:

As Donald Trump's legal troubles consume more and more of his time, they're also consuming more of his donors' moneyand there's a huge hole in the bucket.
On Tuesday, Trump's "Save America" leadership political action committee reported raising just $8,508 from donors in the entire month of January, while spending about $3.9 million, according to a new filing with the Federal Election Commission.
Inside Donald Trump's Incredible Cash Crunch
Nearly $3 million of that overall spending total was used for one purpose: to pay lawyers.
At the same time, the Trump campaign itself reported a net loss of more than $2.6 million for the month of January.
Trump Campaign running out of money
It raised about $8.8 million while spending around $11.5 million, according to a separate filing made public on Tuesday.

Trump says and does idiotic things, but the lawfare isn't because of anything he has said or done. It's because of who he is to the left. Period. I don't hold the legal stuff against him because it's all bull*****

It is all BS. But he doesn't hire competent lawyers, seemingly...ever.

Probably not. But, we'll never know , because "top men". Or in this case..."hot woman".
Well, in this case, the campaign literally hinges on the success or failure of the legal team.dmart90 said:
Serious question - how is it legal for a candidate to use money raised for their run for office to pay for personal legal expenses???
Tramp96 said:
I gave the Trump campaign a couple of donations in 2020.
Never again. Ever. For any candidate.
My phone and email has been inundated constantly since I made those two donations 4 years ago. Constantly. And since my donations are public, and considering the field I work in, I can easily see some people doxing me at work should I do it again.
Donating to a political campaign simply isn't worth the harassment from that campaign and every subsequent campaign. They share these lists to everybody and they all come asking for money.
F That. I won't even go for a yard sign at this point.

Trump Campaign Spent More Than It Raised, While PAC Helped on Legal Fees
(Bloomberg) -- Donald Trump's campaign spent more than it raised in January, putting more pressure on outside groups who are already footing the bill for his mounting legal woes.
Trump's campaign took in $8.8 million, but doled out $11.4 million last month, according to filings late Tuesday with the Federal Election Commission.
The campaign began February with $30.4 million in cash on hand. Its biggest expense was the $4.7 million it paid for advertising time in January, which covered expenses in Iowa and New Hampshire primary contests.
Outside groups typically pick up the spending slack for a candidate's campaign, supplementing advertising or door-knocking efforts, for example. But in Trump's case, those so-called political action committees or allied groups, are also taking on the burden of his legal fees. In January, alone, a Trump-aligned PAC spent $2.9 million on legal fees.
The legal costs, which are expected to grow as Trump faces four criminal indictments, are likely to be a drag on his reelection effort's finances.
Money that can be used for legal fees is set to run out mid-year if he keeps spending at the same pace he did in 2023, meaning he will need to raise more from donors or appeal to the Republican National Committee for help.
Now we know why Trump is taking over the RNC
At this point Trump is a known commodity; people already know if they are going to vote for him or not in the general so I don't think traditional campaigning will make much of a difference this time around.Drahknor03 said:
Trumps legal fights are his campaign. There does need a ton of money going to the RNC for ballot harvesting, but as far as messaging, the legal fights accomplish that.

try doing some research before claiming whatever you want to believe to be true, rather than what is true.
Endless news reports on Trump bleeding cash..
This is a good point to clarify one of Trump's PAC only got $8500 in donations, not that Trump's campaign got $8500 in donations. The D said:LMCane said:there are literally Federal Election Campaign official records which have the numbers listed as of Tuesday. The D said:

Again, the joke is on you if you believe Trump only raised $8500 in a month. I don't care where the data came from. Use some common sense here, which based on your posting history you have shown you don't have.

I think I have seen one or two polls with Trump losing lately
Now, I do not take polls too serious but when they are all pointing in one direction, they are probably on to something.
This is a different election, we have a very popular independent running and West. Will be fun to watch.
The money will come. A lot of Trumps fund raising comes from small donors, guess who is in a money crunch right now
Most of us had no decision. Now it's Marxism or not. There's not much use in crying about it.Phatbob said:"If you don't support my bad decisions, don't complain when the consequences of my bad decisions affect you."PA24 said:

I mentioned this in another thread but Lara Trump is proposing the RNC pay for Trumps legal fees. She isn't co-chair (yet) but I'm curious how folks feel about that.dmart90 said:
