Highly doubtful. The reasons for no charges against Biden is that he full cooperated....and that he has no memory of that cooperation or anything else.

The intent issue is when he took them and kept them. Not now.

BTW, Trump is charged under the Espionage Act that only requires gross negligence not actual intent. So that doesn't pass the smell test either.

He got leniency because he was NEVER going to be charged. These classified documents (that he never had the right to possess after he left the VP office) were most likely copied by the Chinese at the Biden Center. It was terribly inconvenient that these documents were discovered by Biden's lawyers while Trump's rights were being violated over documents he had every legal right to possess.

Nothing will happen because Joe Biden is the Chinese president and the democrat party is irredeemably corrupt. They just waved their hand and it's all over for Biden's trouble.

No. Cooperating will give you consideration in sentencing. Charges may be dropped if you can provide a bigger fish. If it's a slam dunk case, deals are not given, not even a plea deal.
