I tried to watch it but ended up skimming over parts, it was too long and I'm not that interested.
I will say that Putin looked quite healthy, which was something I had wondered about.

I'm trying to watch it - and Tucker has asked some good questions, especially about Hungary - but damn Putin is long-winded.

But the truth is, Russia wants to hurt American interests all around the world.

As do we they. WE started this war in Ukraine by giving Putin and Russia no choice but to defend themselves. We made agreements with Russia that NATO would not expand Eastward in Europe, and broke those agreements...
We've basically parked right on their doorstep...Russia honored the agreement and let territories like Ukraine, Crimea, etc become their own sovereign countries..

How would you feel if Russia and China parked Nukes in Mexico that could light up all of Texas in mere seconds with no warning?

I'm not saying Putin is a good human being, but we poked the bear, then we kept poking the bear because the bear did not react the first couple of times, and now we cry foul because the bear has finally reacted...To act like we did not play any role is just plain BS...It's like people back in the day acting shocked that the Native Americans finally United and kicked Custer's butt after our government broke so many treaties..

Our Presidents GW Bush, Obama, and now Biden just plain sucked and should have stayed away from Ukraine, and the rest of those formerly Soviet Union aligned territories.
You need to do more research because you are parroting misinformation.
why don't you debunk the points instead of just saying what talking head say on TV?

He went to a lot of trouble to make that post, and you just fart out some bs line you hear on cable news.
Gorbachev Is a talking head?
Among the latter, under pretence of governing they have divided their nations into two classes, wolves and sheep.”

See, that's the argument that keeps getting made, but he didn't for decades. he took Crimea in 2014 under Obama.

But if you read Putin history he's always lamented letting Ukraine go. He has believed and still believes that Ukraine is a part of Russia and should be a part of Russia. The timing isn't really important. He was going to eventually put that plan in place.
The timing is absolutely important. He waited until the U.S. had its weakest leader since Carter.

The weakest leader that has sent Ukraine billions in military aid and weapons? But didn't invade with the one in power supported by people who want to cut that aid?

That would be the U.S. Congress, not the Executive Branch, sending billions in aid. But he did do a big orchestrated photo-op with the bomb sirens going off. Clearly Putin only came to realization that he wanted, and could, go into Ukraine just 2 years ago by coincidence.

Congress cannot unilaterally send money to Ukraine. And Biden also sent arms under is drawdown authority that was given prior from the invasion.

The fact remains, one candidate wants to increase aid and one doesn't.

Agreed. We're not a major trade partner with them and we're on the other side of the world. I find it funny that anyone would think Russia actually cares who the American president is before invading a neighboring country that is also not a major trade partner with us.

Congress controls the purse and they're the ones initiating the funds. You think Biden signing a piece of paper makes him tough? Goal tend for him all you want, but he's weak, senile, and can't even walk into a room without needing assistance. Other world leaders see that too. The U.S. is not a country our adversaries fear right now. He is without a doubt the weakest President since Carter. And it's not just Russia, there are other countries that have been emboldened to create tension over the past 3 years. Not to mention the flood of people to the border - knowing full well their opportunity to get in has been much greater. It's like some of you can't see past Trump in anything.

You say that but Trump told Putin the if he instigated a war he would level Moscow to the ground.

That's the difference. 1 speaks with power. He says "he's a good guy" but he's also telling them their boundaries. The other is a chode. Biden isn't even in charge, but those that are are chodes. They're captive to others and Trump isnt.

I am not a Trumper. I don't know what I am other than an America-first person. I'm economically conservative, and more of a live and let live socially, but you also can't take advantage of me with this woke ***** That forces me into the Republican party. I also realize that the history of American leaders is dirty as ***** Our leaders are no better than Putin. We need a complete reset of our leadership in all levels of government and we need to put real checks and balances in that they can't take advantage of for their own profiteering.

You're really stretching now.

Biden is weak because he doesn't make decisions for himself and does what he's told...and the people telling him aren't interested in making the U.S. a country that other nations fear. They are people who only care about optics and growing the power of the govt for themselves. They aren't interested in defending the interests of the U.S. or protecting our country. See their willingness to lay out the red carpet for Zelenskyy and send billions more in money and resources for their borders while intentionally ignoring our own borders. That is weakness.

You are absolutely goal tending for Biden. Just like the fools who clearly see Biden's horrid mental state and deflect with comments like "Well Trump is no different, they're both senile and too old"

You have to make Biden and Trump equal at best in all your conclusions - because anything else is conceding that maybe there were some things Trump actually did a better job of.

We know for a fact that the world was less volatile under Trump. Other countries were more cautious because Trump was more of a wildcard and not an 'emperor with no clothes' like Biden.

Look at the horrible exit from Afghanistan, the delayed response to the Chinese spy balloons, the delayed responses to U.S. troops being killed in the ME, and the desire to pressure Israel into not fully defending their homeland from an invaded attack.

Weakness.

Trump made it clear that if Russia got aggressive they would be met with the full force of the American military. That if they chose to attack without provocation that it would end terribly. Level Moscow to the ground is pretty specific.

I deleted this earlier but I'll include it as it happened a few hours ago at my own peril.

In preface, I'm not a fighter. Not at all. It's been since college that I got in a fist fight, but if instigated I'm not backing down.

It's long, but to avoid questioning I'll tell the whole story.

I took my 2 dogs to a local mountain bike park today like I do most days that the weather is nice. As I'm unloading and getting ready to go a guy comes off the trail with his dog. My dog and his dog meet face to face as he says "is your dog friendly?" I respond that he is as in the 3 years that we have hiked and biked trails across this country he has never fought another dog other than when an old man lost control of his pit bull that attacked my dog. My other dog is younger and I'm training him and keep him at my side. He's well trained and I can call him off of anything.

As I go about my business the 2 dogs start fighting. As I holler at my dog and approach my dog quits and comes back to me and I hear him say "get your ****ing dog off of my dog!" I ignored him, as I understand he's emotional and my dog doesn't start fights but I'm also not concerned because he can handle himself. It's when his 2 buddies leave where they are eating lunch at their vehicles and start approaching me aggressively with "Mother ****er" as part of their rants that I understand the situation that I am in. I can't flee, I certainly ain't going to shoot them because this is just a old fashion dispute. So I quickly made the decision that I am probably about to get my ass beat by 3 guys, but this first ****ing dude is going to get severely hurt. I respond and start approaching them with every intention of ****ing as many of them up as I can or at least going down with a fight. Thank the good Lord that in my response they started backpedaling and I quickly saw it and did the same. Most people aren't about that life.. They act tough, but when it comes time to get down they don't want it. I went on my ride and when I came back I approached them, apologized if my dog was the dog that initiated the fight, explained that that hasn't happend before, and my response was only in retaliation of 3 guys aggressively approaching me because I had determined that I had no other choice. All good, we shook hands and wished each other well.

Point is.. Most people think they are tough, but when they see that there is real opposition they don't want to get in a real fight. Thank God that it didn't happen today. It's the first time in 10-15 years that I got to that level, but you want ot **** around I'm never stepping back. My knee doesn't bend. You can call it childish or immature, but thats the way **** works.

You meet a bully or you get run over. It's the exact same in business and in world politics. You're dealing with the mother ****er that was mean enough to rise to the top. You meet him on his level or he will destroy you.
