If Ukraine is important, the Europeans can support them. They've underfunded their NATO obligations to the tune of $1.3T over the decades...so they should have plenty of money. And their population is 2x the US, so they have plenty of military age men to send to fight.barbacoa taco said:without US support Ukraine would already be part of Russia. I understand the objections to sending more money to Ukraine but it is absolutely in Putin's best interest for Ukraine funding to lose support in the US. And Tucker has been vocal about that.Teslag said:
Putin doesn't care if Biden was president. Or if Trump was president. Or if you and I were president. He wanted Ukraine and was going to simply take it. That is until he miscalculated Ukraines will to not be Russians.
And that's when the world said **** it and pitched in.
For the last 108 years, 4 generations of my family have deployed to Europe (Grandfather, Father, me, my Son just spent 10 months in Poland near the Ukraine border dealing with the Ukes and Poles) to protect Europeans from themselves; along with the Trillions we've spent on them directly.
Enough.
