They're 0 for 5 against the constitution so far.
In this case a federal judge ruled against Cali's requirement that ammunition purchases required a background check and against Cali's law forbidding private ammunition purchases outside the state being brought into the state.
The next big case will involve California's refusal to recognize CCWs from other states and will probably reference Obergefell vs Hodges in which SCOTUS ruled that constitutional rights commonly enjoyed in one state cannot be denied in another. (The gay marriage equality case)

This is why it's important to get the Democrats out of the executive branch. These wins will turn in to losses more often the more Marxist judges they send for confirmation. Sitting out the election because you don't like the R nominee is incredibly stupid, because there's so much more to an administration than just the guy in the oval office. The Biden administration is among the most damaging in history and they need to be standing in the unemployment line next January.

The problem with so many of these cases is that the legislature's passing them KNOW they're unconstitutional. But they do it anyway to get the other side to waste time, money and resources going after them while ignoring the real problems. They also probably hope on of them will stick and 'voila' path to tearing apart the 2nd amendment.

These same idiots have a $30-something billion deficit this year but are funding Health insurance for 700,000 illegals and want to pay out reparations.

It reminds me of 1830s Mexico where the Army was given 150 % of the government's budget to appease the generals.

Biden and Schumer well.

Well, they will pass it on to the US taxpayer via a bailout.

I think having Obergefell being used to extend gun rights throughout the country is absolutely hilarious...

This is not new for the Democrats have been using this tactic for a very long time. The Jan 6 "kangaroo court" is a good example.
