The most recent trilogy plus Rogue One had female leads. And the worst movie (The Last Jedi) was so woke it damn near ruined the franchise and they had to spend the entire last movie retconning the whole thing because it was total garbage.

1. 3 Bahadur (2015)
2. 3 Bahadur: Revenge of Baba Balaum (2016)
3. 3 Bahadur: Rise of the Warriors (2018)
4. Sitara: Let Girls Dream (2020)
5. Ms. Marvel (2 episodes - 2022)

To her credit she has an extensive list of documentary credits but I'm not sure that's really relevant to directing a movie for one of Disney's flagship franchises.

They've already ruined the franchise as far as I'm concerned. And it's not even all the woke stuff, it's just bad all around. The Obi-Wan series was the final straw for me... it was just terrible. The diversity/inclusion stuff was simply the crap flavored icing on the cake.

I've mostly enjoyed The Mandalorian and Ashoka, though Ashoka did push things.

The Last Jedi was the "Last Star Wars movie" for me. Have no interest anymore except watching the originals again. Completely destroyed it.
