Are they Americans or Palestinian Arabs? If Americans, why do they have signs telling people to keep their hands off "their" holly land?

I have always had issues with American citizens wanting to be anything other than American. I can accept wanting to honor your family culture, to a point, but will never be good with wanting to claim a country or culture that most of them have never experienced.

They're very different ideas of who God is, to the point of being completely different. Maybe the same origin, but Islam has perverted the name of the god of Abraham. They don't worship the same God as Jews and Christians.

The god of islam is like the god of Mormons or FLDS. It's nothing more than co-opting existing religious beliefs by someone claiming to be a "prophet" and rewriting the tenets of faith to fit their own personal needs. Judaism and Christianity worship the God of Abraham. Islam worships a god they call the God of Abraham. God and the name of God are two different things, though.
