Joe Biden's case should be an easy open and shut case of obvious public corruption, but our whole system is fkct up for all politicians, whether it's kickbacks from industry via lobbyists like McConnell, Graham, or Haley, insider trading from info they are privy to that the public is not like Pelosi and Crenshaw and many others, or straight up payments for favors like Biden and Menendez. The system is jacked up beyond repair. Take it down to campaign level too- how do these politicians raise money to campaign? Soliciting donations from rich people who need favors. Joe Biden even talked about it as a young senator in the 1970s and warned Americans not to assume he wasn't already corrupt back then. Why do we allow European and left coast billionaires to fund campaigns for who is going to govern florida, or arizona, or texas or anywhere else or to fund the campaigns for DAs in cities who won't enforce laws or prosecute criminals? why do left coast billionaires get to fund the mail in ballot solicitation and harvesting operations? it's all corrupt! almost no politician and certainly no unelected permanent government bureaucrats serve the best interest of the people. But Joe biden is low hanging fruit for corruption. Make an example out of him.

I'm sure the next half of a century that Biden spent in politics didn't corrupt him since our system got so much better since then.
