Obviously, the store clerk didn't give up her rights when she went to work there. At best, they could possibly use some chicken sh*t charge for violating the sign on the front door, but any rational jury should throw that out.

It is standard procedure to present just about any shooting death to a Grand Jury just to clear the air. And to clear the good shooter's name.
