Unfortunately there were no persons of character involved in this travesty and Chauvin rots in jail as a result, but a good read nonetheless.

Interesting. I thought it was fentanyl. Whatever it was, it was NOT Derek Chauvin.

Derek Chauvin is a political prisoner.

Save some folks time:

Quote:

If Quincy's theory is correct and Dunn believes it is here is what happened. Floyd's paraganglioma, set off when he was startled by Lane, released a large bolus of adrenaline into his circulation. This excessive catecholamine then overwhelmed his heart, causing acute heart failure. The severe acute heart failure then precipitated pulmonary edema leading to respiratory failure, hypoxia, and death.

Just like D'Souza, and many from J6.

This behavior is real, and the public is turning a blind eye.

Great summation at the end ...

Quote:

As for Chauvin, Lane, Keung, and Tao, George Floyd's fate sealed their own. Knowledge, however, will not save them unless a person of character and consequence acts upon it. And in a state full of cowards, such a person may no longer exist.

If dispatch and Minneapolis EMS weren't so crappy at their jobs, Floyd would have passed either in the ambulance or at the ER, Chauvin likely would have been tried anyway solely due to the viral video.

It was optics, not the law nor medical findings that were important.

He truly is. We delude ourselves into believing we're a modern democracy. We're no different than ancient/current 3rd world civilizations imprisoning people for political purposes.

This whole episode is when I knew we were officially and completely ****ed as a country.

Look at this website alone. You had a majority of college educated posters here, who could read the reports just like we did, completely ignore the facts in order to virtue signal. All for a lowlife thug who had recently pointed a loaded pistol at a pregnant woman's belly. Shame on all of you who couldn't find the nerve within yourselves to stand up for truth and instead repeated the lie because it was easy. Not only that, you used the lie to paint fellow Ags, the ones standing on facts, as racist. F'ing disgusting.

Judge Cahill was just awful. He was too scared of both the mob outside the courthouse and Ellison's mob inside his courtroom. And it was Cahill that allowed Ellison to assemble a legal mob of 15 attorneys against one defense attorney for Chauvin to conduct a sham trial. Ellison even was allowed to use attorneys in private practice, not on staff, to present witnesses and evidence in court.

Let's not forget GF committing a federal crime (and possibly a state crime as well) by using fake money to buy smokes is why he is dead.

Lot easier for the suburban man to blame the cop than taking it to the streets like the left does.

But, one thing is clear: there can be little debate that, among other things, the President's pressure exerted on Vice President Pence to violate his oath, and the false hope it sent to emotionally charged supporters, was wrong, troubling, and impeachable.

The being recorded part is what changes the game.

Everybody thinks they're an expert at what they see on video.

In my world, we're starting to see problems with people recording Zoom calls and then playing them back to use people's words out of context.

30 years ago, it was the media doing with this sound bites of politicians. Today, every idiot has a cell phone with a camera or in a virtual world, web conference recordings.

I agree that this whole thing was a miscarriage of justice. What bothered me the most was that the brand new rookie cop that only conducted crowd control was also sent to prison. That was a complete capitulation to the mob. Then the Feds came in and started filing charges against all the officers too and extracted additional prison terms from them all. A complete failure of the justice system. Disgusting.

Chauvin should be released and the DA, the DA's team, and every member of that jury should have to serve the rest of his sentence.

Chauvin pled guilty to civil rights violations that are federal. The murder is a state charge. The Governor can pardon him for that crime, assuming they ever elect a Republican Governor with a backbone again, that is.

This.

We disconnected from many friends on Facebook who were posting garbage like "I want to learn, I want to know more (about blm).

We knew immediately these guys (blm) were psychos, and were shocked to see many in our friends group jump right on board that stupid train.

Agree. "adrenaline-caused catecholamine crisis leading to bi-lateral heart failure" is a weird way to describe a fentanyl overdose.

Just for reference:

From the autopsy:

performed on antemortem blood specimens collected 5/25/20 at
9:00 p.m. at HHC and on postmortem urine)
A. Blood drug and novel psychoactive substances screens:
1. Fentanyl 11 ng/mL
2. Norfentanyl 5.6 ng/mL
3. 4-ANPP 0.65 ng/mL
4. Methamphetamine 19 ng/mL
5. 11-Hydroxy Delta-9 THC 1.2 ng/mL;
Delta-9 Carboxy THC 42 ng/mL; Delta-9 THC 2.9 ng/mL
6. Cotinine positive
7. Caffeine positive
B. Blood volatiles: negative for ethanol, methanol,
isopropanol, or acetone
C. Urine drug screen: presumptive positive for cannabinoids,
amphetamines, and fentanyl/metabolite
D. Urine drug screen confirmation: morphine (free) 86 ng/mL

4-ANPP, also known as 4-anilino-N-phenethylpiperidine (4-ANPP), 4-aminophenyl-1-phenethylpiperidine, or despropionyl fentanyl, is a direct precursor to fentanyl and some fentanyl analogues such as acetylfentanyl. It is commonly found as a contaminant in samples of drugs containing fentanyl
…,,,
The range of fentanyl levels was wide, from 0.75 to 113 ng/mL, with an average of 9.96 ng/mL; nevertheless, the distributions of fentanyl levels were statistically the same, whether fentanyl was the only drug in the toxicology or one of several synergistic co-intoxicants. This suggests that fentanyl presence alone seems to be sufficient to cause death, which are findings similar to those found in Sorg et al., 2016."

For emphasis I repeat the above from the autopsy :
  • This suggests that fentanyl presence alone seems to be sufficient to cause death, which are findings similar to those found in Sorg et al., 2016."

Not directly, but his excessive use of that drug along with many others weakened his heart making this result more likely.
