Unfortunately there were no persons of character involved in this travesty and Chauvin rots in jail as a result, but a good read nonetheless.

If Quincy's theory is correct and Dunn believes it is here is what happened. Floyd's paraganglioma, set off when he was startled by Lane, released a large bolus of adrenaline into his circulation. This excessive catecholamine then overwhelmed his heart, causing acute heart failure. The severe acute heart failure then precipitated pulmonary edema leading to respiratory failure, hypoxia, and death.

As for Chauvin, Lane, Keung, and Tao, George Floyd's fate sealed their own. Knowledge, however, will not save them unless a person of character and consequence acts upon it. And in a state full of cowards, such a person may no longer exist.
He truly is. We delude ourselves into believing we're a modern democracy. We're no different than ancient/current 3rd world civilizations imprisoning people for political purposes.DrEvazanPhD said:

Judge Cahill was just awful. He was too scared of both the mob outside the courthouse and Ellison's mob inside his courtroom. And it was Cahill that allowed Ellison to assemble a legal mob of 15 attorneys against one defense attorney for Chauvin to conduct a sham trial. Ellison even was allowed to use attorneys in private practice, not on staff, to present witnesses and evidence in court.ts5641 said:He truly is. Regardless, the cop was a dumbass for keeping his knee on that guy for so long while being recorded.

Lot easier for the suburban man to blame the cop than taking it to the streets like the left does.aggiehawg said:He was following the Minneapolis Police Department Manual.Andrew Dufresne said:

The being recorded part is what changes the game.Andrew Dufresne said:

Floyd's death wasn't a tragedy. It was the consequence of his actions.Gilligan said:

Never waste a tragedy...
Chauvin pled guilty to civil rights violations that are federal. The murder is a state charge. The Governor can pardon him for that crime, assuming they ever elect a Republican Governor with a backbone again, that is.IndividualFreedom said:
Should DJT pardon the officer, assuming the obvious takes place?

Chauvin should be released and the DA, the DA's team, and every member of that jury should have to serve the rest of his sentence.
so our cities can burn and be looted again without consequences? not a chance. that officer will have to die in prison.IndividualFreedom said:

This whole episode is when I knew we were officially and completely ****ed as a country.
Look at this website alone. You had a majority of college educated posters here, who could read the reports just like we did, completely ignore the facts in order to virtue signal. All for a lowlife thug who had recently pointed a loaded pistol at a pregnant woman's belly. Shame on all of you who couldn't find the nerve within yourselves to stand up for truth and instead repeated the lie because it was easy. Not only that, you used the lie to paint fellow Ags, the ones standing on facts, as racist. F'ing disgusting.
Agree. "adrenaline-caused catecholamine crisis leading to bi-lateral heart failure" is a weird way to describe a fentanyl overdose.GeorgiAg said:
Interesting. I thought it was fentanyl. Whatever it was, it was NOT Derek Chauvin.

Those in the article said it was not caused by the fentanyl.
