Yikes, he might not even make it through the campaign. He's really fallen since 2020.
not really, he wasn't that sharp in the 2020 campaign when he would regurgitate the same tired bumper sticker slogans over and over and over.

I watched nearly all of his rallies and they were filled with meaningless fodder for the true believers

in 2015 he was sharp

now he is a near 80 year old man, overweight, with a lot of stress from his Empire falling to pieces.
When Trump fumbled the ball in the first debate against a total vegetable Biden, I knew we were in trouble. Trump doesn't seem to have that killer instinct when going after DemocRats, especially if they are 'Nice' to him.
He reserves that for Republicans, that's why he is spending virtually all of his campaign ads attacking DeSantis and colluding with the Left and MSM to help in the effort. I hear they are about to move on from the boot thing to start to speculate Ron dyes his hair next. You know, the important stuff.

FJB is a different class of old that includes being a dementia riddled pedo criminal, which will severely limit the legally cast 2024 ballots. Same as 2020, nothing has changed.

2024 voter fraud will be in your face, raunchy.

Trump looks more like FJB every day. That's why you almost never see Trump ads with anything from the last year from him and they focus on 2020 and before. In your late 70s things decline rapidly for most people and Trump is no different.

I'm 100% certain trump's apparent health condition is a result of deep state dirty tricks...e.g. They're surreptitiously exposing him to cognition-affecting toxins to keep him away from the presidency. Only 100% verifiable evidence will change my mind.

They have proven themselves willing and capable of doing it, and given the polling, they must be getting desperate enough.

...and if they don't like it, they only have their lying, cheating, traitorous asses to blame.

He's in way better physical condition than Joe was in 2020. Video from Houston today he rambles on for over an hour (while addressing a crowd that is standing outdoors.)

I'm not sure he said 30 seconds worth of information in that hour-plus speech.

Doesn't know what city he's in, doesn't know the leader of Turkey or Hungary, doesn't know where Hungary is, thought he beat Obama, etc,

Sounding as dementia riddled as Biden.

I remember when Gary Johnson wasn't to be taken seriously anymore the moment he didn't know where Aleppo was. Johnson had more gaffes, obviously, but that was the moment the worm turned on this board.

Glad to get confirmation that the people that were saying that were just gaslighting, they didn't actually care about that. Just an excuse to pull the lever for their candidate that says stupid stuff all the time.

Trump's idea of a "conversation" is probably just for him to talk and everyone else to believe everything he tells them and to praise him incessantly for saying it. It would be surprising if he was actually hearing anything anyone else wants to say unless it is praise for him.

Dude has been severely mistreated for 8 years. Has a bunch of bogus charges against him he's fighting. Then has a huge business he has to run and has to keep on top of world events and domestic issues while running for office

None of you could handle that like he is. Especially at his age

Some might be old age but I'd argue it's 95% the load on his plate he's dealing with.

We need age limits and term limits.

I'd set the age limit to less than 70 to be eligible to take office for congress and the president.
No we don't. Moron citizens deserve what they get if they have to have training wheels to vote. What's next? Should we need rules to say you can't vote for terrorist cheerleaders? How about voting for people with brain damage from strokes? How about rules that say you can't vote for someone that can't tell the moon from Mars?

It's ridiculous. Let people suffer from their own stupidity or else put in a dictator and be done with it. This idea of "representative government is great as long as you filter peoples' choices for them to keep them from hurting themselves" is infuriating.

Wait, what? Terrorists have cheerleaders? Do you have pics?

"I grieve the Palestinian and Israeli lives lost yesterday, today, and every day. I am determined as ever to fight for a just future where everyone can live in peace, without fear and with true freedom, equal rights, and human dignity. The path to that future must include lifting the blockade, ending the occupation, and dismantling the apartheid system that creates the suffocating, dehumanizing conditions that can lead to resistance. The failure to recognize the violent reality of living under siege, occupation, and apartheid makes no one safer. No person, no child anywhere should have to suffer or live in fear of violence. We cannot ignore the humanity in each other. As long as our country provides billions in unconditional funding to support the apartheid government, this heartbreaking cycle of violence will continue."

Old age and memory are clearly a part of it, he's a human being and time always wins. Physical condition and added stress only accelerates that.

It will take a lawsuit to decide if he can pardon himself (assuming that is what he will do, be nice if someone asked him before he is the candidate btw). That's only on the Federal charges. He can't do anything about the state level charges in Georgia and NY. His fate is in the hands of the wonderful folks in Fulton County and NYC who I am sure will give him a fair trial. So IOW if he is elected he will spend all of his time fighting those lawsuits while Democrats laugh.

He's not getting elected though and the question I posed is the killer for him. He can't win. If he says "Yes, I will pardon myself" instead of letting the legal process play out he will lose everyone in the middle. If he says, "No, I will let the process play out" he will almost certainly get convicted in the DC trial (FL is less certain) and get to spend his time on appeals. People will realize that too since the Dems will remind them constantly about it once he is the nominee.

Trump has been check mated already, it amazes me how people refuse to see it.
