The "address" quoted by the OP was not written or spoken by Franklin Graham and anyone familiar with his messaging would recognize that right away. If you must verify, it is simple to contact the ministry itself. People have done that very thing.
My brother sends me emails like this all the time. Misattribution of quotes to attempt to make them more credible is as old as humanity itself, but the internet has amplified the scope from the neighborhood spit and whittle clubs to the world. Oddly enough, along with religious leaders, Denzel Washington seems to be a favorite for hanging one's political opinions onto. I'm glad we have the right and freedom to express whatever views we wish. However, I do wish whoever wrote the original (and those who may have embellished it before "daring" to pass it on) would have the courage to put their names on it. To drag recognizable names of others into it seems cowardly to me.
