Qatar says extension of ceasefire depends on Hamas ability to release hostages
A spokesperson for Qatar's Foreign Affairs Ministry said, during a pressing conference, that the extension of the ceasefire depends on the ability of Hamas to release more hostages.
"We have confirmation that 20 hostages can be released from Gaza in the next two days," he stated.
"We want to ensure the continued entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip. Right now we are talking about the release of women and children, then civilians (men, young women and women who are not mothers) - then we will talk about kidnapped soldiers," he added.
" During the next forty-eight hours we will do an intensive operation to reach the extension of the truce, this is related to the Hamas organization confirming that it can release a larger number of abductees," he concluded.
Israel's Ch12 claims to have received leaked emails from Unit 8200 which apparently show that the Israeli intelligence ignored repeated warnings of Hamas' impending attack. One email was titled: "Death in the Kibbutz, at any cost."#Israel https://t.co/w87NSK14IA
