I don't think its the same building. The one in the cams is much larger than the smaller hospital they're talking about. Also, the large building on the web cams seems to not be on the north end of the city, as there's quite a bit of city behind it looking to the north.
However, CAM #2 is clearly labeled Gaza Hospital evacuation.

Sorry for the delay. Had to go out for a bit. This is the feed I am on but Camera 2 now has a bunch of garbage on it unrelated to the hospital.



Edit to say it still has the Gaza Hospital evac tag on it, however.

The larger concern here is the Jordanian military cannot control this nor can they apparently protect King Abdullah, who is viewed as more Pro-American. If you read the entire tweet about the King, that is the concern being expressed. Will his reign hold? Or will he flee?
The Hashemite Jordanians are unconcerned with Western support for the Palestinians.

the Hashemites have no problem with mass executions of the Palestinians if it means keeping the King in power.

because the PLO tried to overthrow Jordan in 1970, they tried to overthrow Lebanon from 1976-82

because the Palestinians refuse every peace deal since 1936, because they kill and rape and pillage and are bad for business and bad for the Gulf monarchies

and the Palestinians sided with Saddam Hussein and the ISIS in the last 20 years.
