It's pointless childish cheering/mockery over what are deadly events. I want the Israeli's to clear out Gaza and take back any remaining hostages/kill and permanently disarm the Hamas *******s as much as anyone but I do wish we could avoid the protracted absurdity of cheering for a rooster while following the timeline.
I'm a mom. I've seen and heard some terrible things this week. I need to laugh at a dumb rooster or I'll just sit and cry. I think humans use humor as a defense mechanism.

If it comes to our doorstep, I hope we have the cajones to do what Israel is currently doing. This is a brainwashed population whose only existence is predicated on forcing their religious beliefs on others. If you refuse, you get raped, murdered, held hostage. Hope Israel flattens Gaza.

Israel tells Palestinians to evacuate Gaza because they don't want to kill innocent people.

Hamas orders Palestinians to remain in place as human shields because they don't care if innocent Palestinians die.

Like it or not, it is called Diplomacy. While we might disagree on the usefulness of it, in this kind of engagement, it is expected that the uninvolved parties will engage in diplomacy in attempts to find a suitable resolution. It also provides the optics that the US is trying to do something to keep things under control, whether it is useful or not.Nitro Power said:Why would that jackass be going to Israel? Egypt could open the Sinai to all of them and set up huge temporary camps to care for the general population while the combat takes place. But they have refused. They have offered to send IN aid but they refused to let anyone OUT. The Sauds could do the same. Offer to resettle anyone who wants into northern SA for a refugee camp. And they won't.
For the last 80 years any one of these other nations could have generously made this offer and they haven't. And in the last 20 plus years the Qatari or Sauds certainly would have had the financial means and infrastructure to make this happen. Like it or not no one wants this group of people in their own country.
To be fair the Palestinians in Gaza don't want to leave. But they don't have a choice because no one else wants them.
