It wasn't "realistic" to force Germany to accept expellees from Prussia and the Sudetenland, but we did it anyway.
So I guess Israel just needs to secure unconditional surrenders from some combination of Egypt/Turkey/Jordan/etc and they can force Palestinians there after they pacify Gaza.
