France has banned Israeli companies from exhibiting at Eurosatory, the annual defense show featuring international defense systems:

" French authorities have banned Israeli defense firms from exhibiting at a trade show next month near Paris, organizers said on Friday.

"By decision of the government authorities, there will be no stand for the Israeli defense industry at the Eurosatory 2024 fair," organizers Coges Events said.

Coges did not offer an explanation, but France's defense ministry released a statement saying that "the conditions are no longer right to host Israeli companies at the Paris show, given that the French president is calling for the cessation of IDF operation in Rafah."

Yeah. I trust LMCane's updates more than I ever would the MSM but it's sparse these days. Has the war slowed down that much, being covered less, stalling, etc.? Surely Israel isn't going to let their foot off Hamas' throat.

I don't have Telegram but my wife does and I think only follows one person, Amir Tsarfati. He provides a ton of news and things are still very active. Biggest news is one of the terror groups fired something into the Goland Heights area which caused a massive fire that has been going on for a few days

As to the points made by other posters that things are slowing down. This is a very positive development.

What has occurred is that the IDF has been able to thrash and take apart most of the Hamas battalions within the Gaza Strip.

There is still fighting in Rafah where the final 2 battalions of Hamas still have some organization. And another battalion in Central Gaza close to the humanitarian zone. but for the most part major combat operations in Gaza have dropped off, simply because there is no more organized enemy to fight.

the IDF has moved into close to 80% of the strip so far

The problem with the UN has always been that 70% of the world is shot hole countries and totalitarian regimes.

When you allow them to run the organization you will get ****hole country results.

They are letting the inmates run the asylum and have for decades upon decades and it shows.
