I saw this earlier. It's amazing how much the "conservative" pundits are in love with McCarthy now.

Fox is all over the map. You literally don't know what or who they're going to support anymore.

Kilmeade is done. I previously always thought he was better than this. Tim Burchett is my new favorite.

I've always thought Kilmeade was a bit of a horses ass. This absolutely confirms it. Burchett would not have been treated any worse on CNN or MSDNC.

Fox is done. Haven't watched a second since they ousted Tucker.

It is possible to have a diversity of opinion on the best or most effective way to bring about policy. Things on both sides of politics always seem to devolve into a virtue signaling contest to see who can signal the most extreme dedication to idealism, which may be aspirational, but in the real world, is not necessarily pragmatic or useful. Extremism can lead to isolation and actually harm progress towards successful implementation.

It's fine to disagree on how to bring about success, and that means and degree debate doesn't make everyone who doesn't see things exactly as you do a "traitor."

I can't open the video, but isn't the whole purpose of the news is that it's not supposed to support anything or anyone?

And no, I don't watch any of the news networks, but if one of them is finally just reporting the news, I don't see how that isn't a positive.

That mode of journalism is long gone.

i still watch gutfeld sometimes.

...disgusting attacking cnn-style line of questioning at Burchett in that clip. why don't these tv faux journalist personalities just ask questions and wait for answers anymore? how did it become part of the job descriptions - for all of them - to act smug and arrogant and talk over everyone they ever interview with preconceived notions, opinions, and conclusions so the interviewee can't ever have a chance answer? Kilmeade put his own words into Burchett's mouth over him every time because it's that important for Fox to portray failed RINO leadership as fallen hero victims. Gross.

On one hand, yes that's what they should be. On the other hand, viewers seek out news sources that reinforce their world view. They're LOOKING for bias. The media is just supplying the demand.

That doesn't mean they don't suck, though.

Hilarious. You guys get your panties bunched up because journalists don't ask tough questions and hold people accountable. Here, you have a journalist doing just that and you can't stand it.

Because they correctly predicted Arizona before the votes were done counting? That's how election coverage is done.

It's not a just a different opinion on how to accomplish success, We have two completely different opinions of 'success'. The founders were keenly aware of this tension and provided a solution in the constitution. Limited federal government and strong states rights. So yes, if we can all agree to go back to the 'intent' of the constitution we can find our own success. Unfortunately, the judiciary blew this up the last century.

Successful implementation of what, forty trillion debt, world war 3? That is the side Kilmeade is shilling for.

Maybe you should open the video. What you describe as the media's responsibility is the furthest thing from what he's did.

Good try. They wouldn't call states like Texas and Florida, where the result was obvious to anyone with at least a single functioning brain cell. They would wait hours and hours to declare states that were obviously going to go for Trump, but yet quickly called the several states where the margin was razor thin and picking a winner seemed more like a dubious guess.

Even the liberal networks weren't rushing to call states as quickly as Fox was for Biden

That wasn't journalism, that was a debate between two opposing visions for our country. Kilmeade is nothing more than a shill for his side he is not a journalist.

but the SCOTUS is now Conservative

that's not the problem

The fact that Gorka is losing his **** over it says that Kilmeade probably was right, at least to some degree.
"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." - Sir Winston Churchill

if you're going to ask a tough question, shouldn't you at least let them answer it instead of angrily talking over them with your preconceived guess of what they were going to say before they say it?
