So is the challenger accused of sending out links to her videos? Or is he just pointing out that she did it? If he didn't send out videos or images, how could he run afoul of a statute that prohibits "maliciously" circulating sexual images or another person's nudity with "intent to coerce, harass, or intimidate". He didn't circulate anything but knowledge.

No, goodness. All he/she did is make people aware of a site that had apparently stored/cataloged the publicly disclosed/published videos. She didn't even make people get a username/password to view those apparently.
