So it turns out the DoD hosted a secret subdomain 'pci.gov' which hosted the email sock puppet account for then VP Biden. This is EVIL and unconstitutional.

Where does it say it's ok for him to have an email in the DOD, much less an alias?

He's not even in the chain of command for defense.
